For years, I struggled to find a skincare routine that actually made a lasting difference—until I discovered Korean skincare (thanks to TikTok). Once I began layering hydrating, gentle products rooted in the K-beauty philosophy, I saw a dramatic shift: smoother texture, fewer breakouts, and a glow I thought only existed through filters. The best part? Most of my go-to products are budget-friendly and easily available on Amazon, making this routine as accessible as it is effective.
My skin is super duper dry, regardless of the season, so hydration is the name of the game.
My morning routine, in usage order:

I start my morning routine with the Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Universal Daily Peel Pads. They’re not the most inexpensive part of my routine, but I can’t live without them. Aside from my moisturizer, everything else here is Korean skincare and irreplaceable for me. About that moisturizer, though: it’s perfect. I snagged a tube during our trip to Paris last summer and have been repurchasing ever since.
My nightime routine kicks off with double cleansing, which has been a game-changer for my skin. The frequency of acne breakouts has dropped dramatically, and my skin actually FEELS clean once I’m done. I’ll never go back to a one-and-done cleanser again. I alternate between the enzyme and cream cleanser, to give my skin a break from the exfoliation (especially because I use the peel pads every morning and prescription Tretnoin every night). Both cleansers are super effective and gentle.

These on-the-go favs are always handy in my purse for a midday refresh.
