I’ve loved makeup for as long as I can remember. As a teenager, I would wander the beauty counters at Nordstrom, dreaming of all of the fancy products and clutching my first Stila Kitten eyeshadow like it was treasure. Over the years, a lot has changed, and a lot has stayed the same.

One thing that’s remained constant? My obsession with blush. I truly can’t live without it. Narrowing down my favorite formulas for this list wasn’t easy, but I managed to pick the ones I reach for most. And when it comes to lips, I always lean matte and semi-sheer. The Bisou Balms from Violette are in daily rotation. They’re flattering, effortless, and honestly perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Blush blind? Maybe. Definitely don’t want a cure, though.

I had eyelash extensions for over a decade (yes, really) and only made the switch back to mascara earlier this year. Since then, I’ve tested what feels like every formula on the market.
